Finally, comfort that looks this good
You've tried the orthopedic shoes. The ones that work but look like they belong in a medical catalog.
And you've tried the cute boots. The ones that look great for two hours — then your feet are screaming by lunch.
Strida is different. It's a fashion-forward Chelsea ankle boot with a cushioned platform sole built right in — so you get real support without anyone guessing these are orthopedic.
Slip them on in the morning. Walk through your entire day. Still feel good by evening.

✓ All-day cushion without the ugly
The platform rubber sole absorbs shock with every step — while the sleek Chelsea silhouette keeps your outfit sharp, not clinical.
✓ No more choosing pain or frumpy
Most orthopedic shoes look like orthopedic shoes. Strida pairs a chunky lug sole with clean lines and a side zip — support that actually looks good with jeans, dresses, or leggings.
✓ On your feet in 3 seconds flat
The smooth side zipper slides open and shut in one motion. No laces to fuss with, no struggling to pull them on — especially welcome on stiff-joint mornings.
✓ Lightweight despite the chunky look
At just over 1 lb per boot, the platform sole feels surprisingly light underfoot. You get the stability of a thick sole without dragging extra weight through your day.

Frequently asked questions
Can I wear these with my own orthotics or custom insoles?
Yes. The insole is removable, so you can swap in your own orthotics if you prefer additional support.
Are these waterproof?
The PU leather upper is water-resistant and handles light rain well. They're not designed for deep puddles or extended wet conditions.
Do they run true to size?
They tend to run slightly small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual US shoe size for the best fit.
How heavy are they?
Each boot weighs about 1.1 lbs — lighter than most platform boots despite the chunky sole.
