The Layer That Makes A Plain Outfit Look Finished

You put the outfit together. It's fine. But something's missing, and you can feel it.

Draperie is that missing piece.

The ribbed open front falls to mid-thigh and skims the body instead of clinging.

Throw it over what you're already wearing and the whole look reads intentional — warm, easy, done.

Frequently asked questions

Can I wear this to the office?
Yes. Worn open over a shell or blouse, it reads as a soft layer rather than loungewear. The clean ribbed front keeps it polished.

Does it have pockets or a closure?
No pockets and no buttons — it's a true open-front cardigan meant to hang loose or be belted with something you already own.

Will it fit under a winter coat?
It layers well under a roomier coat. Under a fitted blazer or slim jacket, the mid-thigh length will show below the hem.

Does the knit pill or lose shape?
It's a stretch knit polyester that springs back rather than stretching out. Wash cold and hang dry to keep the ribbing crisp.
