Frequently asked questions
Do these run true to size?
Most customers find them true to size. If you're between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up by half a size.
Is the lace trim durable?
Yes. The lace is securely attached and designed to hold up through regular wear. Many customers report it still looks great after months of use.
Can I wear these in light rain?
The suede upper handles light moisture, but we recommend a suede protectant spray for wet conditions. Not intended for heavy rain or snow.
How high is the heel?
The chunky block heel is 2.36 inches (6 cm)—enough height to elongate your legs without making walking difficult.
How do I care for the suede?
Brush gently with a suede brush to remove dust. For stains, use a suede eraser. We recommend a suede protectant spray before first wear.
